Bear's Den Construction is a locally owned, BBB-accredited roofing company headquartered in Springfield, and we're growing. We're looking for driven, personable sales representatives to inspect roofs, guide homeowners through storm damage and insurance claims, and close deals backed by a company that actually stands behind its work.

What you'll earn:

• Base payment on every approved and funded contract, paid fast, when the deposit lands
• Uncapped tiered commission that climbs as you stack contracts each month

What you'll do:

• Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods and generate your own leads
• Perform roof inspections and document damage with photos
• Meet insurance adjusters on-site and advocate for the homeowner
• Guide customers from first knock through final inspection and keep them as repeat customers

What we're looking for:

• Self-motivated closer comfortable with door-to-door and referral-based selling
• Comfortable on a roof and on a ladder; reliable transportation required
• Prior roofing, restoration, or in-home sales experience is a plus
