Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate support while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

This role is critical to maintaining strong relationships with our customers and supporting smooth business operations. It requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Provide accurate product information and assist customers with order placement and updates
Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in company systems
Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, production, and shipping to ensure customer needs are met
Monitor and follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
Assist with processing returns, exchanges, and warranty claims as needed
Support process improvements through feedback and observation
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and problem solving
High level of accountability and self-motivation
Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Basic computer proficiency, including email and data entry systems

Self-starter-someone that doesn’t wait for someone to solve the problem.
Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
High School Diploma or GED required

Additional Requirements

Must be able to pass background check, employment verification, and drug screening
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
