Join MR KLEEN LLC as a Working Supervisor at our Ambulatory Surgery Center in Bloomfield Hills, MI. This exciting role is perfect for a motivated leader who is passionate about maintaining high standards in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and train staff to provide exceptional patient care and support.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to streamline workflows.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Manage inventory and supply orders to ensure necessary resources are available.
- Address and resolve any staff or patient concerns promptly and professionally.
- Implement quality control measures to enhance service delivery.
- Assist in scheduling and staffing to optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting.
- Perform and oversee terminal cleaning of operating rooms, procedure rooms, recovery areas, and other clinical spaces according to facility protocols.
Follow established infection prevention and control procedures. - Strong knowledge of ambulatory surgery center operations and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications and licenses in healthcare management preferred.
