Workers Compensation Legal Assistant

We are seeking a Legal Assistant to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorney and hearing representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Answer calls, gives updates to clients
• Handle heavy case load
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
• File documents via EAMS
• Meet with walk in clients
• send correspondence via mail and email

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paralegal or in worker’s compensation
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Pay based on experience
