Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician in Grand Island, Nebraska. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care to patients across a broad range of health needs, including the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and ongoing health management.
Key responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations and physical examinations, interpreting diagnostic and laboratory results, developing individualized treatment and care plans, maintaining accurate and timely medical records, and coordinating care with nurses, specialists, and other members of the healthcare team.
The physician will also play an important role in patient education and preventive health initiatives, helping patients make informed decisions about their health and wellness. Participation in community health programs and outreach activities may also be part of the role.

Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Proven ability to diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in patients of all ages
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills in patient care, preventative medicine, and personalized treatment plans
- Effective communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
- Maintains appropriate licensure and certification to practice medicine in Nebraska
- Willingness to work on-site in Grand Island, NE and engage with the local community
- Experience in electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus
