Personal Injury Paralegal - Temp-to-Hire

A well respected law firm in Boca Raton is expanding its Plaintiff Personal Injury team and is seeking a seasoned Paralegal for a temporary-to-hire opportunity.

This is a role with real staying power for someone who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and wants to grow with a firm long-term.

If you have 4+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience and strong litigation skills, this role was made for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Florida e-filing

• Schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances

• Provide hands-on trial preparation and trial support

• Manage litigation cases

• Prepare and organize discovery and case materials

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years supporting Plaintiff Personal Injury matters

• Solid litigation experience

• Florida law firm background required

• Strong skills in Adobe Acrobat

• Tech-savvy, detail-driven, and highly organized

• Confident communicator (written and verbal)

• Self-motivated, dependable, and a true team player
