Retail Customer Sales Rep Bilingual Preferred

We are seeking a Billing Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

This is an in person B2B role meeting with small to medium sized business owners with their telecom services. This is a full time role and it's Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM in our office.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
