CNC Machine Operator – Mills & Lathes

Clearwater, FL | 3rd Shift

We are hiring CNC Machine Operators for a growing precision manufacturing facility in Clearwater.

What We're Looking For:

• CNC mill and/or lathe experience preferred
• Machine setup or operation experience
• Ability to read blueprints/work instructions
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other precision measuring tools
• Ability to inspect parts and maintain quality standards
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CNC mills, lathes, and machining equipment
• Measure and inspect finished parts
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed
• Follow production specifications and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

3rd Shift Opportunities Available

Pay: Based on machining experience and skill level.

Candidates with CNC machining experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Training may be available for candidates with related machine shop or manufacturing experience.
