Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Grand Junction, CO 81501
Pay Rate: $15.67 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:45 PM)
Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable Material Handlers to join our warehouse and production team. This is a Direct Send position—no interview required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to meeting production and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain satisfactory quality performance standards.
• Package, unpackage, sort, stage, and prepare products for production.
• Work efficiently in a high-speed, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals of 80% or higher.
• Pull, stock, and put away equipment and/or parts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
