Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary Range: $38,000–$45,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Quarterly Bonus Opportunities Available After 90 Days

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Retail Associate to join a successful mobility and home access solutions company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and making a positive impact in people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Assist customers and families with product education and purchasing decisions
• Create a welcoming and professional showroom experience
• Build strong relationships with customers and community partners
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain product displays, inventory organization, and store presentation
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Support daily retail operations and team goals

Qualifications:

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with seniors, caregivers, and individuals with mobility needs in a compassionate manner
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable learning and explaining specialized products
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer experiences

Compensation & Benefits :
