Experienced Accounts Representative - Law Enforcement Comms

PVP Communications is a trusted leader in police motorcycle communication systems, serving motor units and public‐safety agencies across the country. For over 30 years, we’ve built our reputation on reliability, clarity, and exceptional service — and now we’re looking for an experienced Accounts Representative to join our Torrance team.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate and timely sales quotes, pricing proposals, and product recommendations. Our sales approach is service-oriented, not high-pressure or aggressive.
• Personally greet and assist Police Officers in our Torrance showroom.
• Manage order entry, lead times, delivery updates, and customer communication
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency
• Represent the company at occasional industry events
• Collaborate with production, shipping, and engineering teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer service, and inside sales
• Clear, friendly, and confident communication style
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks at once

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $62,000–$78,000 annually (DOE)
• Bonuses: Monthly performance-based bonuses
