The Warehouse Clerk supports smooth warehouse operations by managing inventory control, order processing, shipping and receiving, and quality inspection. Working within a medium-sized team, the clerk reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and operates during regular daytime shifts. Attention to detail and adherence to safety compliance are essential to maintain high standards and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control and stock organization
• Process orders accurately and timely
• Handle shipping and receiving of goods
• Enter data accurately into warehouse management systems
• Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing products
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
• Package materials securely for shipment
• Maintain proper documentation and report quality issues to the supervisor

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in warehouse operations
• Familiarity with inventory management
• Forklift operation skills
• Knowledge of order processing
• Proficient in data entry and basic computer skills
• Keen attention to detail and quality control (QC)
• Strong teamwork abilities
