We need an Inbound Telephone Customer Service Rep ROCK STAR!

You'd be described as being organized, resourceful, with high performance and ethical standards, a self-starter able to handle details well and wanting to take on more responsibility as you become more knowledgeable and we expand. You will be a team player, and effective communicator, and enjoy growing through our training program. You will be someone who wants to grow in responsibility and help take a clinic through a steep growth curve.

You'll be responsible for:

· Taking incoming new prospective patient calls and converting them into active patients by selling them on the benefits of treating at The Brooks Clinic

· Accurately scheduling new patient appointments and rescheduling follow up patient appointments as needed

· Providing outstanding customer service to our existing patients that call in with questions

· Bringing new ideas to the table to make our services and your job more effective

· Embracing and following our core values

You'll need to be well presented, love-helping people, trustworthy, punctual, able to perform at in a fast pace environment and proficient in patient treatment. You'll love to learn, grow, and achieve well above average results and remuneration. You'll enjoy providing an atmosphere that encourages employee ideas and promotes/develops teamwork.
