What You'll Do

• Recruit, interview, and place skilled Mechanical and HVAC professionals
• Build relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Source talent through job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and other recruiting methods
• Match candidates with opportunities that fit their skills and career goals
• Maintain recruiting activity and candidate records
• Partner with branch leadership to meet hiring goals
• Deliver an outstanding experience for every candidate

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is motivated, personable, and enjoys working with people.

You could be a great fit if you have:

• Experience recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or business development OR
• Hands-on experience in the Mechanical or HVAC trades and are ready to transition into an office career
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

No recruiting experience? No problem. If you have industry knowledge, strong people skills, and a desire to learn, we'll teach you the recruiting side of the business.
