Job Description & Requirements

Location: Shared between two communities in west-central Minnesota
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; 40 guaranteed hours per week; split between two locations (2 days at one site, 3 days at the other)

Requirements:
- Current Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota

- Ability to work across multiple care settings (inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing, home health)
- Four weeks required for onboarding and credentialing process
