Requirements:

• 2 years PT experience
• Home Health experience required
• OASIS training preferred
• BLS
• Valid Florida or compact PT license
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
• 6–8 home visits per day, minimum 6 points
• Every 3rd weekend required
• Visits are self-scheduled based on office needs
• Any solid color scrubs

Patient population includes cardiopulmonary, geriatric, neurological, orthopedic, and oncology patients.
