Location: Seaside, OR and surrounding coastal areas
Schedule: Day shift, 4x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30), Monday through Friday. No weekend or on-call requirements. One-on-one patient care with up to 6 home visits per day (30 productivity points standard). Guaranteed hours with potential for one call-off per two-week pay period.

Requirements:
- Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license required at time of submission
- Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
- OASIS experience required
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- COVID-19 primary vaccination series plus one booster required
- Reliable personal transportation required; occasional travel up to 60-mile radius
- EPIC Remote Client for Home Health and Rover app charting experience preferred
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
