Physical Therapist
Setting: SNF with outpatient focus and inpatient float
Requirements: Accredited Physical Therapy education, Montana PT license, BLS, background check, and drug screen
Role: Provides medically prescribed physical therapy to address impairments, functional limitations, and quality-of-life goals
Skills: PT assessment, treatment planning, functional mobility, patient education, sound clinical judgment, and culturally sensitive care
Call: Weekend call approximately 1x/month
Float: May float to inpatient as needed
Submission: In-state travelers only accepted if over 250 miles from facility
