Required Certifications:

• BLS
• ACLS
• IV certification
• RCIS
• NIH Stroke Scale
  
  Required Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab circulating and monitoring, OR
• Experience as an OR manager/supervisor/coordinator
  
  Main Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate IR/Cath Lab staffing and patient care
• Supervise RNs, Radiology Techs, and CVTs
• Coordinate with Radiology, Cardiology, OR Director, and House Supervisor
• Manage department operations and budget
• Ensure regulatory/accreditation compliance
• Staff role when needed: circulator, moderate sedation, scrub, and hemodynamic monitor
• Administer medications, including anticoagulants, vasoactive agents, contrast, and emergency drugs
• Monitor patients and manage complications
• Assist with vascular procedures, sheath pulls, and access management
• Maintain sterile technique
• Manage supplies, equipment, room turnover, and inventory
• Participate in performance improvement and staff education
• Interview and evaluate staff

Important: Oregon RN license is mandatory BSN is required BLS + ACLS are required IV certification is required IR/Cath Lab experience is required
