Speech-Language Pathologist
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality therapy services that align with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and the delivery of therapy aimed at improving communication and swallowing functions.
Responsibilities- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatment sessions for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans to meet patients' needs.
- Document services in accordance with regulatory requirements and facility standards.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to enhance treatment outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
- Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to apply clinical problem-solving techniques.
