Key Responsibilities- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions
- Meet established department objectives while delivering individualized patient care
- Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
- Provide occupational therapy services in a home health setting, traveling to patient locations as required
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) required if licensure was obtained on or after January 2007, or foreign equivalent
- Active Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Current CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Valid Driver's License; must be at least 21 years of age
- Prior home health experience is preferred but not required
- Comfort working independently in a field-based, patient-home environment
- Mileage reimbursement provided in addition to base compensation
