Sales RepresentativePenmac Staffing is seeking a motivated Sales Representative for a full-time opportunity with a manufacturing-focused client in the Springfield, Missouri area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building business relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.Requirements for the Sales Representative

• Previous sales experience with a proven ability to identify customer needs and develop solutions
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally for customer visits
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor with a high level of integrity and accountability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• CAD system knowledge and blueprint reading experience preferred

Sales Representative Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
• Generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
• Conduct phone calls, customer meetings, site visits, and presentations
• Research and identify potential customers and market opportunities
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
