Shipping Associate / Picker Packer 
Direct Hire in Kulpsville, PA  
Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm  $20-$25/hr 
Manpower has partnered with a top Aerospace Manufacturer with hiring a permanent Shipping / Warehouse associate! This roles comes with fantastic health benefits, PTO, and a great Monday through Friday schedule. 
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer/Shipping Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packaging products carefully per specific packing instructions for shipment, and preparing outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Pick and verify customer products orders
•    Pack items securely per specific instructions prevent damage during transit.
•    Label and prepare shipments using shipping software and carrier systems.
•    Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
•    Follow company procedures and meet productivity goals.
•    Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
•    High school diploma or GED preferred.
•    Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience is a plus.
•    Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
•    Basic computer skills and experience with handheld scanners preferred.
•    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule & Environment:
•    Full-time position.
•    Warehouse environment with all day standing, walking, and lifting.
