Data & Analytics Analyst - Shift 1

Our client, a leading organization in supply chain and retail operations, is seeking a Data & Analytics Analyst - Shift 1 to join their team. As a Data & Analytics Analyst - Shift 1, you will be part of the Sourcing - In-Stock department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Monitor stock levels, out-of-stock products, and supply chain KPIs for assigned commodities or suppliers.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify drivers of in-stock gaps such as forecasting, capacity, inventory flow, and logistics.
• Track recovery timelines and evaluate supplier performance against commitments.
• Support reporting and dashboards used for weekly in-stock reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to validate data inputs and ensure accuracy in reporting.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
