Maintenance Man

The Maintenance Man - will perform routine painting and maintenance duties primarily in a hospital setting as part of a large facilities maintenance department. This role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment through painting projects and floor repairs. There is no travel involved, and the position offers growth opportunities through cross-training in other maintenance trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance painting projects in hospital environments
• Lay and repair vinyl composition tiles
• Install and repair carpeting as needed
• Maintain the use and upkeep of painting tools and sprayers
• Collaborate with the facilities maintenance team to support overall building upkeep

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with painting tools and sprayers
• Experience laying and repairing carpet and vinyl composition tiles
