Hillco Properties is seeking a dependable, skilled Rental Property Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and general maintenance at our rental properties.
Compensation based on experience.
Responsibilities:
● Complete general property maintenance and repair work
● Diagnose maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions
● Perform some work involving plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, flooring, and HVAC
● Travel to rental properties as assigned
● Maintain safe, clean, and professional work areas
● Respond promptly and courteously to maintenance needs Qualifications
● Some experience in one or more of the following areas:
○ Plumbing
○ Electrical work
○ Carpentry
○ Painting
○ Flooring
○ HVAC
● General knowledge of residential maintenance and repairs
● Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently
● Ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently
● Must provide your own dependable vehicle and tools Benefits
