Now Hiring: Skilled Mig Welders
Location: Cleveland, Ohio | Type: Full-Time | Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? Join our team and play a key role in building high-quality metal structures that meet the highest safety and performance standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Interpret and understand project blueprints, specifications, and safety standards.
- Measure and cut metal components to exact dimensions using hand tools, plasma cutters, and metal cutting machines.
- Use MIG welding techniques to expertly join metal parts.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet design specs, structural integrity, and safety codes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Mig Welding.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Familiarity with welding equipment and metalworking tools.
Requirements:
- Steel toe boots (PPE required).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
