TECH I – ASSEMBLY / TEST

(ENTRY LEVEL)

What You’ll Do

• Assist with assembly, testing, and basic repair of mechanical and electronic components

• Set up and operate tools used in the assembly process

• Build products by following procedures and mechanical drawings

• Load and run test equipment under full supervision

• Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What You Bring

• No experience required — 6–9 months of related exposure is a plus

• Ability to follow written instructions and drawings accurately

• Willingness to learn, take direction, and complete technical training

• Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong safety mindset

Growth Path

• Works under close supervision from Tech III or higher

• Significant training provided

• Advancement requires meeting rate, safety, and quality expectations based on the

cross-training matrix
