Position: Apartment Make Ready Technician
Schedule: Full-Time

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Make Ready Technician for a multifamily apartment community in Houston. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on technician who takes pride in quality work and can efficiently prepare vacant apartments for new residents.

Responsibilities:

• Complete apartment make-ready turns
• Perform painting, drywall repairs, caulking, and touch-ups
• Replace and repair fixtures, doors, hardware, and other apartment components
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Assist with appliance installation and repairs
• Clean and prepare units to meet property move-in standards
• Complete punch-list items and ensure units are ready on schedule
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Assist the maintenance team with additional property needs as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment/multifamily make-ready experience REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of apartment turns and general maintenance
• Experience with painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and basic repairs
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
