PEDIATRICS HOME HEALTH - SPRING TX 77381 - TRACH AND VENT

We are seeking a highly qualified, experienced pediatric registered nurse to join our team.

This full-time position entails providing comprehensive patient care, which includes 12-hour shifts, available from SUNDAY TO SATURDAY****** DAYSHIFT & NIGHT POSITION*****

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitoring patients' progress and response to treatments, making adjustments as necessary.
• Educating patients and their families about health conditions and treatment based on the plan of care.
• Proficiently managing cases like: Gastrostomy tubes, Oxygen management, Tracheostomy care, and Ventilator care, etc.
• Effectively collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the optimal well-being of our valued clients.
• Stay informed about current best practices in home care and workers' compensation law.
