Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services within an inpatient rehabilitation unit (ARU)
- Evaluate and treat patients to restore functional independence and improve quality of life
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using Epic EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Float to acute care units as needed based on facility demands
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
- Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Epic EMR
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with potential holiday shifts
- Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation (IPR) setting strongly preferred
- Comfort with floating to acute care units as needed
