Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | Monday–Friday with potential holiday coverage | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to patients within an inpatient rehabilitation unit setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to support patient recovery and functional independence
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using Epic EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Float to acute care units as needed based on facility staffing requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
- Proficiency or ability to work with Epic EMR
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with potential holiday shifts
- Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation (IPR) setting strongly preferred
- Comfort and flexibility with floating to acute care units as needed
- Work in a focused 11-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit with a structured daytime schedule
