Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) in Windsor, Vermont. This position involves providing inpatient physical therapy treatments to a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric. The role requires delivering care based on evaluations, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting community health initiatives. The assignment begins on 09/08/2026 and requires adherence to a schedule of five 8-hour shifts per week.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, start date 09/08/2026
- Required Qualifications: Currently licensed Vermont Physical Therapist, active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), at least 2 years of current inpatient physical therapy experience, at least 6 months previous travel experience, own vehicle required, and residence outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.
- Preferred Qualifications: Cerner electronic medical record experience.
- Additional Information:
- No more than 5 days of return to office (RTO) requests will be accepted; all RTO must be specified at time of submission.
- Candidate must include perm address, work history, skills checklist/leadership, and references with submission.
- Personal scrubs of any color preferred.
- The facility enforces a 3-strike call-off policy; each call off must be communicated at least 1.5 hours in advance.
