Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with complex medical needs
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using facility EMR system (Protouch)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of California
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
- Experience in an acute care setting
- Ability to work a Monday through Friday daytime schedule in an onsite LTACH environment
- Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Previous experience working in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) environment
- Familiarity with the Protouch EMR platform
- Prior travel therapy assignment experience
- Opportunity to work in a specialized LTACH facility serving patients with complex, long-term care needs in Southern California
- Consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no required floating to other units
