• 3 days Clinic/Office: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
  
• 1 day OR: 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
  
• 1 day Cystoscopy: 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
  
  

• Average Daily Volume: 15-25 Patients Daily
  
• Case Mix: General urology, endourology, robotics
  
• Rounding: Performed by PAs under supervision
  
  

• Support Staff Available: 3 PAs
  
  

• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
  
• Credentialing Timeline: Expedited (timeline to be confirmed)
  
  

• OR procedures
  
• Endourology/Robotics
  
• General urology procedures (bread & butter)
  
  

• Provide outpatient urology consultations and follow-up in clinic (3 days/week).
  
• Perform surgical procedures in the OR, including endourology and robotics (1 day/week).
  
• Perform cystoscopy procedures (1 day/week).
  
• Supervise and oversee 3 PAs who handle rounding, admits, discharges, and office visits.
  
• Participate in minimal call coverage Monday-Thursday.
