About who needs care: Suffered TBI (severe) not too mobile but is confused and lonely. Just be her friend for a few hours. I cook, clean, and provide everything for her in a clean and organized home. She will not leave the house - rarely.
About the care needs: Wife is bi-lingual but the injury has hurt her ability to communicate. She communicates but in circles without much detail. Just have patience and empathy - that's all that is needed here.
