Babysitter Needed

Seeking a nanny to help my wife and I care for our 16-month-old son as well as perform household chores during weekday work hours My wife works remotely so would be home during caregiver working hours and would take an equal amount of childcare duties alongside the nanny. We also need help with more robust household chores (cleaning up after our son, laundry, etc) while my wife works. I will be either working remotely or commuting back and forth from my job in the Washington, DC area. Our son is a smart, observant, and happy brand new toddler! He is sometimes shy around new people but warms up quickly!
