Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

Good day, my son is 7 years old and has a medical condition called tuberous sclerosis (TSC) he doesnt walk or talk so I would need someone who will be able to lift him and go down a flight of stairs with him. He also takes medicine in the morning which I would need someone comfortable giving it to him. everything else would be pretty normal: changing diaper, brushing teeth, change of clothes and then on to the bus for school.
