Nanny Needed

Were looking for a warm, dependable nanny to care for our almost 1-year-old daughter. We currently have a wonderful full-time nanny and are looking to build a relationship with a reliable backup caregiver for coverage when shes unavailable, plus occasional evenings/weekends. We'd love someone who can become a familiar face in our daughters life rather than a one-time babysitter. Infant/toddler experience, excellent communication, reliability, and references are required.
