Babysitter

We're a family of 4 with two small dogs in need of a nanny. We have an (almost) 3-year-old and a 6-month-old. Our toddler will be in preschool 8:30-12:30 M-F this fall. We need someone that can pick our toddler up when her school ends, give her a snack and put her down for a nap. Our baby is 6 months old and we're looking for someone to grow with him- providing stable care, a familiar face, and work with baby development skills. Our kids are pretty good tempered. Ideally, our nanny would take our kids for outings (walks, parks, etc). Our toddler will require care when her school is closed and as she adjusts to preschool (it's her first year).
