Job Description
Achieve sales objectives through effective customer service and communication. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for servicing and selling to different customers through an assigned district, maintaining current vendor-managed inventory setup, and planning and organizing new customer locations. District Service Representatives report to the Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities- Interact extensively with sales representatives and customers to clarify their needs and research different situations.
- Communicate with customers to identify potential growth opportunities and product line extensions.
- Provide feedback and suggestions from customers to management and sales team.
- Offer spot buy capabilities to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist with GAP coverage for sales representatives who are on vacation or when sales territories are open.
- Learn, enforce, and support corporate policies and guidelines in a consistent, professional manner.
- Maintain a professional image.
- Complete necessary paperwork to fulfill position responsibilities.
- Proficiency in customer service and support.
- Data entry skills.
- Problem-solving abilities in situations with familiar or limited standardization.
- Effective communication of detailed information involving customer needs and wants.
- Organizational and planning skills for short and long-term projects.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
