Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Trial Paralegal to support our legal team in preparing for trial in personal injury plaintiff cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trial support, trial preparation, and court procedures specifically related to personal injury law.

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Trial Paralegal to support our legal team in preparing for trial in personal injury plaintiff cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trial support, trial preparation, and court procedures specifically related to personal injury law.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation and organization of case files
- Manage discovery processes and ensure timely responses
- Prepare trial exhibits and demonstrative evidence
- Coordinate with expert witnesses and ensure their availability for trial
- Attend court hearings and trials to provide support to the legal team
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence related to trial preparation
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies and trial arguments
- Maintain case calendars and deadlines to ensure compliance with court rules
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a paralegal, with a focus on personal injury law
- Strong knowledge of trial processes and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in legal research and writing
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with trial presentation software and tools
