Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students, helping them understand and complete classroom assignments
• Support the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans and managing classroom routines
• Assist with classroom organization, instructional materials, and student supervision
• Monitor student progress, behavior, and engagement
• Encourage students’ independence and self-confidence through positive reinforcement
• Participate in school meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities as needed
