Join a clean, climate-controlled facility assembling small precision components used in the automotive, aerospace, clothing, and other industries.
🔧 What You'll Be Doing:✅ Assemble very small precision components
✅ Work with delicate parts requiring excellent hand dexterity
✅ Perform detailed, repetitive assembly work
✅ Mostly seated work with occasional movement throughout the day
✅ Complete a simple dexterity (peg board) test during the interview process
✔ Excellent attention to detail
✔ Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
✔ Comfortable performing repetitive, precision work
✔ Dependable attendance and positive attitude
✔ Able to work without a cell phone on the production floor
