Title: Senior Clinical Research Associate-Medical Device

Pay: Starting at $110,000, DOE

FT or PT: Full-time, Contract-to-hire (about 3 months to conversion)

Location: Remote with domestic travel (25-50% anticipated)

Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate for a temp-to-hire position at an early-stage, innovation-driven medical device client. As a Senior Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of clinical trials from site start-up to site closure, ensuring compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and maintaining quality documentation. Key responsibilities include coordinating and conducting site qualification, initiation, and monitoring visits; managing site operations; reviewing informed consent procedures; assessing investigational product accountability; and supporting the development of study documentation and site-facing presentation materials. You will develop strong relationships with clinical site staff, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and facilitate timely communication among stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in healthcare or science related field (alternately, relevant experience may be considered)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Clinical Research Associate
  • At least 3 years of monitoring Class III medical device trials
  • Proficiency with Epic required
  • Thorough knowledge of clinical research concepts, FDA regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically 25-50% of the time
  • Experience in breast cancer, breast reconstruction, or related therapeutic areas preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new clinical trial management systems
