Licensed Architect

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Architect / Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of diverse architectural projects from concept through construction administration. This individual will serve as a key client liaison while managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through all phases, from programming and conceptual design through construction administration.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, typically ranging from 3-10 projects at a time.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop, present, and refine design concepts that align with client goals, budgets, schedules, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and applicable industry standards.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project leadership.
• Mentor and support Architects-in-Training (AITs) and junior architectural staff.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of architectural experience within an architectural firm.
• Accredited professional degree in Architecture.
• Strong project management experience leading architectural projects from design through construction.

• Proven ability to lead design teams and manage project schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• LEED or other sustainability accreditation.
• Experience working within a small to mid-sized architectural firm.
• Experience with commercial, educational, municipal, government, or institutional projects.

Compensation:

$100,000 to $125,000 per year annual salary.
