Express Employment Professionals is hiring full-time Deep Reach Forklift Operators for busy warehouse and distribution facilities across St. Charles County, MO.
If you have experience operating stand-up reach trucks in high-density storage environments and are looking for stable hours with weekly pay, this opportunity provides immediate placement across multiple shift options.

- Place and retrieve products in high-bay racking systems over 20 feet high
- Pick and inventory orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment safety checks and report any maintenance needs
- Keep storage aisles clean, organized, and compliant with warehouse safety standards
- Assist with general warehouse tasks including pallet wrapping, staging, and order prep
- Prior experience operating deep reach or stand-up reach forklifts required
- Comfortable maneuvering equipment in narrow aisles and elevated high-bay racking
- Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- Steel-toe work boots required on the warehouse floor
- Strong attendance record and reliable transportation in St. Charles County
- Ability to pass standard background screening and drug testing requirements
