Location: Hazel, MN
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $20/hour
Potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime and weekends during busy season.

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to help with daily work at a grain facility in Hazel, MN. This is a hands-on job working with equipment, trucks, railcars, and general facility maintenance.

What you will do:

• Load and unload trucks and railcars.
• Help unload and move grain and other products.
• Operate equipment such as loaders, forklifts, conveyors, and tractors.
• Help with basic equipment maintenance and greasing.
• Clean and maintain the work area.
• Check equipment and report any problems or safety issues.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures.
• Help the team with other daily tasks as needed.

What we are looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in operations, warehouse, farming, construction, manufacturing, or similar work.
• Comfortable working around machinery, grain, and dust.
• Comfortable working at heights, ladders, stairs, and railcars.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends during the busy harvest season.
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Good team player.

Preferred experience:

• Farming or agriculture.
• Grain elevator experience.
• Equipment or maintenance work.
• Forklift, loader, tractor, or heavy equipment experience.
