Job Description

We are seeking an Inventory Help - Stockroom Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in inventory control, lot tracking, and real-time data entry and a proven ability to maintain stock accuracy, ensure compliant material handling, and support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate lot-controlled inventory and verify requested lot numbers before issue or receipt.
• Perform precise, real-time system transactions with strong keyboard accuracy in an online environment.
• Interface daily with Program Analysts, Engineers, Dispatch, Model Shop Expediters, Receiving Inspection, and Assembly and Test teams.
• Apply proper packaging and handling techniques to prevent damage and ensure safety.
• Identify and escalate deviations from standard practices, including cure dates, packaging, and material handling.
• Sign off on certification sheets for spare parts per procedure.
• Execute stockroom housekeeping, including cleaning pans, organizing shelves, consolidating inventory, and maintaining supplies.
• Lift and move parts and boxes ranging from under 1 lb to 65 lbs while standing for extended periods.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with inventory control in a lot-traceable environment.
• Proficient real-time data entry with high keyboard accuracy.
• Knowledge of packaging, material handling, and EHS practices.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, inspection, and production stakeholders.
• Ability to stand for long durations and lift up to 65 lbs safely.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP or MRP inventory systems.
• Background in aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated environments.
