Hardware Recruiter

Position Overview

This is a Recruiting Business Partner role supporting Amazon's hardware engineering hiring efforts.

The team structure consists of:

• Sources who identify and engage candidates
• Recruiting Business Partners who manage the recruiting process through offer stage

This role owns:

• Candidate screening and assessment
• Hiring manager partnership
• Interview coordination and process management
• Offer creation and approval process

This role does not own:

• Offer negotiations
• Candidate closing activities after the offer is extended

A separate recruiter handles candidates once the offer has been made.
